Ben Morley

Ben offers a reflective and collaborative space for people experiencing emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling stuck. Guided by curiosity, he helps clients explore the patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating that may be shaping their experiences. Through developing a deeper understanding of themselves, clients can gain greater clarity, emotional insight, and confidence in making meaningful changes in their lives.

Ben trained as a psychodynamic counsellor with Gloucestershire Counselling Services and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Before qualifying as a counsellor, he completed a degree in Nutrition Counselling, which informs his understanding of food, body image, and eating-related difficulties. Alongside his professional training, Ben brings an appreciation of the complex ways people adapt to relationships, social expectations, and life experiences. He has a particular interest in working with issues relating to identity, self-esteem, shame, belonging, and the impact of early relational experiences.
