Gemma Hale
Gemma is an experienced BACP-registered psychodynamic counsellor who can offer a confidential, safe space to explore your feelings and find a new path forward. Perhaps you feel stuck or lost. You may be struggling with anxiety or depression or wish to understand and shift how you are showing up in work, or relationships. You may want change but are not sure where or how to start. Gemma has experience of working with adults across a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome and burn out, relationship issues, trauma, anger issues and bereavement.
Alongside her counselling practice, Gemma has 18 years’ experience advising technology businesses on leadership hiring and providing coaching and training to executives. You may find this useful if you are looking for help with issues of workplace identity, low self-esteem and workplace dynamics.
Gemma’s approach is rooted in a compassionate regard and respect for her clients. She will provide support on your therapeutic journey, whilst recognising your individuality and respecting the need for you to set the pace of the work.
