Anna Hamada

Anna is a qualified cognitive behavioural, hypnotherapist, dedicated to helping people manage stress and anxiety. By integrating evidence based cognitive behavioural techniques with therapeutic hypnosis she works with clients to develop effective coping skills, recognise and change negative thought patterns and in so doing, develop healthier thinking and behavioural patterns and build a stronger and more resilient mindset.

Cognitive behavioural therapy highlights the relationship between feelings (emotions), thoughts (cognitions) and behaviours and how each one influences the other, this combined with using the power of your imagination through hypnosis, can be hugely freeing and self empowering.

Anna focuses on practical solutions and achievable goals, enabling people to actively make conscious changes in their lives. She concentrates on practical techniques and skills training for building long lasting changes and self
empowerment. This transformative process not only addresses specific issues but also equips people with the tools to continually improve their overall well-being and quality of life. Her goal is to empower people to gain control, build resilience, and live their best life.
