David

"I cannot speak highly enough of Ashley. She has been an enormous help and support, in
both face-to-face and on-line sessions. She has gently, patiently and expertly guided and
encouraged me, helping me to get better, without ever making me feel inadequate,
embarrassed or uncomfortable. She has a remarkable ability to identify and address
personal experiences and issues. She is an outstanding professional, always with a kind and
caring approach to her work."

Jack

"My time with Ashley has improved my mental health dramatically. Ashley's kind, warm
demeanour enabled a trusted working relationship where I was comfortable to express. In
return, Ashley's insight and compassion articulated an understanding that I could identify
with, enabling me to learn about my health issues, how they impact me and the tools to
manage them.
I have gained a sense of freedom and confidence to live a happier life and be composed in
situations where I thought I couldn't be. An enlightening and freeing experience that I will
take with me for the rest of my life."

Rich

“I hadn’t sought therapy before. Dismissing it as a last resort or some kind of failure to solve
a problem myself. Ashley helped me immensely. First by guiding me through a tough spot,
then working with me to develop processes/ tools to ensure the kind of emotional stability I’d
always hoped for.
Couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you Ashley!”
