"My time with Ashley has improved my mental health dramatically. Ashley's kind, warm
demeanour enabled a trusted working relationship where I was comfortable to express. In
return, Ashley's insight and compassion articulated an understanding that I could identify
with, enabling me to learn about my health issues, how they impact me and the tools to
manage them.
I have gained a sense of freedom and confidence to live a happier life and be composed in
situations where I thought I couldn't be. An enlightening and freeing experience that I will
take with me for the rest of my life."

“Ashley is an incredible therapist! She has helped me immensely, and in more ways than I
ever thought was possible. She is very compassionate and non-judgemental and helped me
to develop processes/tools to ensure the kind of emotional stability I’d always hoped for.
Couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you Ashley!”
