There are many reasons that someone might seek out counselling. You may be feeling stuck and finding it hard to make a change. You might be feeling anxious, depressed or in a low mood that feels hard to shift. Perhaps there is something in your past which is having an impact on how you feel now in your life. Whatever your reasons for choosing therapy, Sophie is able to offer a confidential, warm, non-judgemental space in which to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
She has over 5 years of experience working for a counselling charity and now works in private practice. She has experience of working with issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, trauma and low self esteem. It is important to her that you feel safe and supported so that you can acknowledge your true feelings and understand more about yourself.
